Glynn County Projects
Attracting cars on I-95 to stop by, clearly delineating the Golden Isles from other areas on I-95. This will promote spending in the community, attracting more cars on I-95 to stop and spend money on food, fuel, and lodging.
Budget: $800,000
Current signage need repair and is hard to read. Visitors are unable to find business districts and sights. New signs will guide visitors and new residents to business districts and attractions. County has already agreed to this project partnering with the City of Brunswick and the CVB.
Budget: $300,000
Needed to meet current and future aviation companies’ requirements at the Brunswick airport. This asset helps current employers at the airport and attraction future aviation companies to locate at the airport. This is a local match to FFA grant.

Brunswick and Glynn County Development Authority Project/Economic Site Development and Improvements
Site and pad improvements at EDA site at North Glynn Industrial Park. Included grubbing, grading, and stormwater for 50-acre pad. Making a pad a ready-site is a big selling point in attracting domestic and foreign companies look for sites close to I-95. This eliminates time delays and provides certainty to companies as they compare sites from different communities.

Upgrade of city software to provide full integration of accounting, payroll and work order systems. To enhance the city’s operation and capabilities to provide better services to the citizens.
Budget: $250,000
